Public improvements have been completed, certified and dedicated to the Town.  Build-out number is: 154 Single Family Homes.                        

 

Debt Authorized for Public Infrastructure:  Debt Maximum Mill Levy Adopted: $3,190,000; District issued bonds for $2,845,000 on 12/07/2015; Limited Tax GO Bonds, Series 2015.

 

Maximum Mill Levy to Repay Public Infrastructure Debt (Debt Service Mill Levy):  50.000 Aggregate (subject to adjustment)
